Optimum Plant Log

The MS Windows based program will log and plot critical plant parameters like Temperature, Pressure, Humidity, Motor current, Tank levels, Ph, etc.  at various plant locations. By looking at the plotted graph you can quickly validate your plant status. We provide RS485 industrial network to get reading from different devices to your office/ plant computer which supports a maximum distance of 1 Km cable length.

• No need of manual log, this will give more reliable readings and reports.
• You can add more devices to the same network, as and when need arises.
• Camera image/video logging also can be provided (like monitoring tool, discharge, etc.).

Daily Power Consumption Monitoring Application (M V Panel)

This application closely monitors your energy consumption and thus helps to optimize power usage. The readings are fetched from your existing energy meters ( C&S, EL Measure, Meco, etc. makes) provided they are having connectivity port. By providing separate meters for high KW motors and feeder lines, energy loss can be traced and can apply corrective actions well in advance.
